There are two main factors I would consider when buying a drone with camera. The first, and the most important would the flying time.
Most drones have a flying time of 5 to 10 minutes, and the highest flying time commercial drones with camera can last is of 25 minutes. This is important, as it will translate in how many flights you will have to perform to get the ideal footage of your chosen location.
The second factor that determines your drone value is the video quality. Although that are drones that can record in Ultra HD 4k with cameras that can be controlled independently, I wouldn’t choose one of them unless you need it for extremely professional work and you have a vast experience flying drones or other remote control devices already.

You can get a drone with a built-in camera for as low as 40 dollars, although the quality of these is not the best.
Multirotors have some of the most flexible price among any products in the hobby caterogy. The most expensive ones can cost up to 5000 US dollars.
